Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because every Eau de Cozy robe is worn against the skin, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t issue refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, color preference or any other reason once an order is placed.

Order cancellations
Orders can’t be cancelled or changed once placed. Please double-check your order and shipping address before checking out.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your robe arrives damaged, defective or isn’t the item you ordered, email eaudecozy@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement. No need to return the original.

30-Day Warranty
If you added the 30-Day Warranty at checkout, defects in the heating, controller or stitching are covered for 30 days from delivery with a replacement or refund, your choice.

Lost or stolen packages
Covered only if you added Shipping Protection at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
